BU21024FV-M Resistive Touch Screen Controller IC

ROHM BU21024FV-M Resistive Touch Screen Controller IC is a 4-wire touchscreen controller that enables dual-touch detection and gesture recognition. This intelligent controller exposes a set of registers to a host processor and is configured through software. The AEC-Q100 qualified BU21024FV-M IC can detect single point coordinates, dual coordinates, pinch-in, pinch-out, rotate left, and rotate right gestures. This enables pan and zoom operations in applications that previously had to rely exclusively on capacitive touch technology. The resistive touch does not require custom screen development that, which reduces development costs and results in faster time to market across a family of products.
