Integrated calibration and temperature compensation logic provide fully corrected RH and temperature values sent through the standard I2C output. The HS300x High-Performance Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide low power and current consumption. The robust silicon carbide construction offers outstanding long-term stability.

Renesas Electronics Air Quality Control for IoT Building Automation is made of the ZMOD4410 gas sensor, HS300x humidity sensor family, and an RL78/G14 microcontroller. The solution also includes the RX23T MCU that enables efficient motor control.
