N601Sc ATP NVMe™ M.2 2280 SSDs

ATP Electronics N601Sc ATP NVMe™ M.2 2280 SSDs provide high-speed data transfer for demanding applications. The ATP Electronics N601Sc comes in capacities up to 3.84TB, supports I-Temp (40°C to 85°C) or C-Temp (0°C to 70°C) operation, has AES 256-bit encryption and TCG Opal 2.0 security. These SSDs are ideal for data-intensive tasks like data logging, surveillance and imaging systems. The SSDs have double the bandwidth of the previous generation, with PCIe Gen 4 offering 16GT/s data rate for 2GB/s per PCIe lane, reaching a maximum bandwidth of 8GB/s. Thermal management options include a nickel-coated copper heat spreader on the controller and 4mm or 8mm fin-type heatsink designs.
