The tools allow users to apply the right amount of leverage and torque to get the right bend while preventing overbending, which reduces thermal performance. To use these tools, set the measuring arm to the length of the target heat pipe and screw down the appropriate bend radius. The tools support bending angles from 10° to 170° and work with all ATS round heat pipes as well as other manufacturers' pipes within the ATS size range. ATS Heat Pipe Bending Tools are designed for 3mm to 12mm round heat pipes with radius bend options. These tools are made from aluminum and hard anodized for durable, long-term use. They can be mounted to lab benches, vices, production workstations, and other fixtures.
