PCIe Gen3 NAS Solid State Drives

Apacer Technology Inc. PCIe Gen3 NAS Solid State Drives (SSDs) feature 3D TLC NAND flash, are NVMe 1.3 compliant, and are compatible with PCIe Gen3 x4 interface. These SSDs feature flash bad-block management, S.M.A.R.T., power failure management, and TRIM. The gen3 NAS SSDs include the M.2 2280-S2-M form factor and 75-pin M.2 module pinout connector type. These SSDs operate at 0°C to 70°C temperature range and 3.3V ± 5% supply voltage. The PCIe NAS SSDs function at 3680mW active mode power consumption and 70mW idle mode power consumption. These SSDs are available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
