HSD Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Chemi-Con HSD Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors (AECs) feature high-reliability and high-voltage capabilities provided by its hybrid-electrolyte design. Chemi-Con HSD Capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant with a -55°C to +105°C operating temperature range. The series offers 5000 hours of endurance with ripple current, a 25VDC to 63VDC voltage range, and a 100μF to 330μF capacitance range. These AECs are ideal for use in automotive equipment, base station equipment, and other designs requiring high reliability.

Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors

Chemi-Con Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors offer high reliability and superior low-temperature characteristics by using polymer materials as an electrolyte. These capacitors from also feature large capacitance and excellent bias characteristics, an advantage over multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Chemi-Con Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors deliver stable characteristics independent of temperature, extremely low ESR, low ESL, and high ripple current capability.
