CL15M45/CL20M/CL40M45 SMD Current Limiting Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor CL15M45/CL20M/CL40M45 SMD Current Limiting Diodes are an ideal low-power LED solution. The diodes feature a 1W power dissipation, VAK up to 90V, and 0.5V reverse voltage. The Diotec CL15M45/CL20M/CL40M45 delivers a parallel operation for higher IP and is compliant with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals. The devices are available in an SMB package with an -50°C to +150°C operating junction temperature.
