HCMA High Current Automotive Grade Power Inductors

Coiltronics / Eaton Automotive Grade Inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 3 qualified with high current carry capacity and low core losses. These devices are magnetically sealed with low EMI and are halogen free, lead free, and RoHS compliant. Applications for Coiltronics / Eaton Automotive Grade Inductors include body electronics, infotainment and cluster electronics, advanced driver assistance systems, as well as chassis and safety electronics.

HCMA1707 High Current Power Automotive Inductors

Eaton Electronics HCMA1707 series are automotive grade high current power inductors in a 17.5 X 17.2mm footprint surface mount package. The magnetically sealed devices feature low EMI and a frequency range up to 1MHz. HCMA1707 inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 3 qualified with high current carrying capacity. Applications include body electronics, such as lighting, HVAC, and controls for doors, windows and seats; advanced driver assistance systems including ACC (adaptive cruise control), automatic parking control, and collision avoidance system; infotainmnet and cluster electronics; and chassis and safety electronics including airbag control unit, Electronic Stability Control system (ESC), and Electronic Power Steering (EPS).

HCMA AEC-Q200 Fixed Inductors

Eaton HCMA AEC-Q200 Fixed Inductors offer an inductance range from 100nH to 68uH and a DC current range from 1.8A up to 55A. These automotive-grade inductors are magnetically shielded with low EMI and have a frequency range of up to 1MHz or 5MHz. Eaton HCMA AEC-Q200 Fixed Inductors feature an iron powder core material and are available in lengths of 5.5mm to 17.2mm, widths of 5.3mm to 16.85mm, and heights of 3mm to 7mm.
