BGSA147ML10 Antenna Tuning Switch

Infineon Technologies BGSA147ML10 Antenna Tuning Switch is a Single-Pole Four Throws (SP4T) antenna tuning switch optimized for RF applications up to 7.125GHz. This switch features 0.8Ω ultra-low R_ON resistance at each RF port in ON state and 155fF low C_OFF capacitance at each port in OFF state. The BGSA147ML10 tuning switch offer individually controlled reflective open or short to ground OFF ports to eliminate unwanted antenna resonances. This switch does not require blocking capacitors if no DC applied on the RF lines. The BGSA147ML10 tuning switch is available in a RoHS and WEEE compliant package having a small form factor of 1.1mm x 1.5mm x 0.39mm.

Infineon Technologies Antenna Centric Devices significantly improve data rate for mobile cellular devices while minimizing power consumption. Modern 3G/4G smartphones need to cover a wide frequency range, while the multiband antennas need to be minimized in dimensions. Infineon antenna centric devices optimize antenna performance in the required frequency bands to improve reception of weak signals and radiate efficiency. This indirectly lowers current consumption from power amplifiers. Antenna-centric devices are designed to address various tuning concepts, supporting a large variation of antenna impedance with very low RON values and high voltage handling capabilities. The Infineon Technologies Antenna Tuner RF Switch ICs address antenna design challenges while enabling maximum power transfer, delivering the desired antenna efficiency.
