CG6 & CG7 Ultra Small SMD Gas Discharge Tubes

Littelfuse CG6 and CG7 Series Ultra Small Surface Mount Gas Discharge Tubes offer high surge ratings in a miniature surface mount package. The CG6 and CG7 Series Ultra Small Surface Mount Gas Discharge Tubes provide high levels of protection against fast-rising transients caused by lightning disturbances. CG6 and CG7 series tubes are able to divert 3kA (CG6) and 1kA (CG7) pulses without destruction. Both series are designed for the protection of electrical, multimedia, and communication equipment against over-voltage transients in SMD assembly applications. The low insertion loss of these devices from Littelfuse makes them ideal for broadband equipment applications.
