TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SC24COM-01ETG 24V Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode

Littelfuse SC24COM-01ETG 24V Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide a high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. The Littelfuse SC24COM-01ETG TVS Diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. SC24COM-01ETG safely dissipates a 5A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition.
