Masach Tech Drawn EMI / RFI Shields offer the highest protection from radio-frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Masach Tech Shields feature a drawn frame and a snap-on cover to produce a seamless, hermetic barrier to dust and interference that is as durable as it is effective. The unique two-piece design enables inspection or repair of shielded components without having to remove the entire Shield. The robust construction of Masach Tech Shields resists warping during transit and handling, and the optimal planarity promotes high yield on reflow soldering.

Nickel-Silver Drawn-Seamless EMI/RFI Shields

Masach Tech Nickel-Silver Drawn-Seamless Electromagnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference (EMI / RFI) Shields offer good solderability, corrosion resistance, and an attractive finish, eliminating the need for extra plating requirements. These shields feature a chemical composition that is 55% copper, 27% zinc, and 18% nickel, and the major shielding elements are copper and nickel. Masach's fabrication process uses drawn frames and snap-on covers to produce a seamless, more hermetic shield that is as durable as it is effective. The solid construction resists dents and warps, while the two-piece design is convenient and enables the inspection and repair of shielded components without removing the entire shield. Masach Nickel-Silver Drawn-Seamless EMI / RFI Shields are designed to accommodate virtually any surface-mount application, including medical, automotive, and energy.
