Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCP70N N-Channel MOSFETs feature Split Gate Trench MOSFET technology for superior performance. The MCC MCP70N MOSFETs are Halogen-free and recognized as a "Green" device. The epoxy used in the device's construction meets the stringent UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Additionally, the devices feature a lead-free finish, making them RoHS compliant (designated by the "P" suffix in the ordering information).
