32-Bit SAM Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM Microcontrollers, powered by Arm® Cortex® CPUs, provide a unique combination of performance, power efficiency, and design flexibility. SAM MCUs offer a variety of advanced peripherals that make them an excellent option for developing all kinds of 32-bit embedded applications. These peripherals include the enhanced Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), low-power sleepwalking peripherals, the efficient Event System, and a rich set of high-performance analog features.

ATSAMD10 SMART ARM-Based Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology ATSAMD10 SMART ARM-Based Microcontrollers provide up to three Serial Communication Modules (SERCOM) that can be configured as a USART, UART, SPI, I2C up to 3.4MHz, SMBus, PMBus, and LIN slave. The ATSAMD10 has up to 10-channel 350ksps, 12-bit ADC with programmable gain, and optional oversampling and decimation supporting up to 16-bit resolution. They also feature one 10-bit 350ksps DAC, two analog comparators with window mode,  Peripheral Touch Controller supporting up to 72 buttons, sliders, wheels, and proximity sensing. The ATSAMD10 has a programmable Watchdog Timer, brown-out detector, power-on reset, and two-pin Serial Wire  Debug (SWD) program and debug interface.

ATSAMD1x SMART ARM-Based Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology ATSAMD1x SMART Arm-Based Microcontrollers are low-power MCUs using the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor. The ATSAMD1x range from 14 to 24 pins with up to 16KB flash and 4KB of SRAM. These devices operate at a maximum frequency of 48MHz and reach 2.14 Coremark/MHz. They are designed for simple and intuitive migration with identical peripheral modules, hex compatible code, identical linear address map, and pin-compatible migration paths between all devices in the product series.

Ultra-Low-Power 32-bit MCU Ecosystem

Microchip Ultra-Low-Power 32-bit MCU Ecosystem is a wide selection of ultra-low-power and low-power MCUs providing low power consumption, culminating in less than 35uA/MHz active and 200nA sleep current. The energy-efficient 32-bit MCUs range from the smallest SAMD, to the ultra-low-power SAML, to higher-performing SAMG and PIC32MX XLP MCUs.
