MCP6xx Op Amps

The Microchip Technology MCP62x and MCP65x are the first op amps to include mCal, an on-chip calibration circuit that calibrates offset voltage at power-up using an internal power on-reset detector or based upon the state of an external pin. The result is that the MCP62x and MCP65x have a low initial voltage offset and a means to minimize drift over time and temperature for applications involving instrumentation and sensor conditioning. These high-bandwidth, low-power Microchip Technology MCP62x / MCP65x op amps provide low bias and quiescent currents, high output drive capability, and a rail-to-rail output for better performance across the entire operating-voltage range. These Microchip Technology op amps feature a high output-drive current that enables them to drive heavy loads in a wide variety of applications.

MCP6V2x Auto-Zeroed Op Amps

Microchip's MCP6V2x Auto-Zeroed Op Amps provide input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. These devices have a wide gain bandwidth product (2 MHz, typical) and strongly reject switching noise. They are unity gain stable, have no 1/f noise, and have good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). These products operate with a single supply voltage as low as 2.3V, while drawing 620 μA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. These op amps are offered as a single (MCP6V26), single with Chip Select (CS) (MCP6V28) and dual (MCP6V27).
