RMS Surface Mount Frequency Mixers

Mini-Circuits RMS Surface Mount Frequency Mixers cover wide frequency bands from 5MHz up to 300MHz and have a small package size with 0.25" x 0.31" x 0.1" dimensions. The RMS-25MH+ mixer features excellent L-R isolation and is ideal for cellular applications, satellite distribution, and GPS. The RMS-30+ mixer is ideal for various applications, including GPS, MMDS, and ISM. Mini-Circuits RMS Surface Mount Frequency Mixers offer a 200mW RF power rating, 40mA IF current, 7dB typical conversion loss, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
