Mini-Circuits SYPD-1+ Surface Mount Phase Detector offers a 1MHz to 100MHz frequency range, 50Ω impedance rating, and 50mW input power. This phase detector features a low DC offset of 0.2mV, high DC output of 1000mV, and high isolation of 40dB. Mini-Circuits SYPD-1+ Surface Mount Phase Detector is ideal for monitoring circuits, leveling circuits, and PLL applications.
