Qorvo QPF4659 6GHz Wi-Fi® 7 High-Power Front End Modules are designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems and feature integrated matching to minimize layout area. The Qorvo QPF4659 optimizes power consumption, focusing on a 5V supply voltage while delivering high linear output power across a wide bandwidth (5.9GHz to 7.1GHz). Integrated die-level filtering addresses harmonics and provides 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation. The device includes a 6GHz power amplifier, SP2T switch, bypassable low noise amplifier in a single unit, coupler, and constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector for application feedback.
