PJV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Rubycon PJV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are miniaturized, general-purpose AECs that feature high capacitance and high ripple current. These high-temperature, hybrid-type capacitors provide a long life of 4000 hours at +125°C and have a category temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Additional features include a 25VDC to 63VDC rated voltage range and 47µF to 820µF capacitance range with ±20% (+20°C, 120Hz) tolerance. These chip-type modules are available in dimensions ranging from 6.3mm x 6.1mm to 10mm x 16.5mm. Rubycon PJV capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant.
