PFV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Rubycon PFV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are high-temperature, general-purpose AECs that offer a long life of 4000 hours at +125°C. These hybrid-type capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. The package dimensions range from 6.3mm x 6.1mm to 10mm x 10.5mm. The PFV series has a rated voltage range of 25VDC to 80VDC and a capacitance range of 10µF to 330µF with ±20% (+20°C, 120Hz). Rubycon PFV SMD capacitors operate in a -55°C to +125°C category temperature range.
