MPx5004 Integrated Silicon Pressure Sensor

NXP MPx5004 integrated silicon pressure sensor is specially designed for microcontroller applications or A/D input microprocessor applications. NXP MPx5004 silicon pressure sensor combines a highly sensitive implanted strain gauge with advanced micromachining techniques and thin-film metallization. Bipolar processing provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal that is proportional to the applied pressure.
