The Planar technology makes it compatible with high-end circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide reliability and stability over time. STMicroelectronics 600W TVS Diodes also feature a maximum junction Temperature (T_J) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments.
