STMicroelectronics STPSTxH100/Y Trench Power Schottky Diodes are 100V trench diodes designed for both industrial and automotive applications. The devices have SOD123Flat or DPAK package solutions that contribute to higher power density designs and improve overall application performance. The STMicro STPSTxH100/Y Schottky Diodes have a -40°C to +175°C operating range and include AEC-Q101 qualified devices. All packages are ECOPACK compliant.
