STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes

STMicroelectronics STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are 200V, dual 5A diodes ideal for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (V_F) and reverse recovery characteristics. The STTH1002CSx series is also ideal for use in secondary rectification functions, such as high-frequency DC-to-DC converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and lighting applications. STMicroelectronics STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes feature high surge current capability, low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, and a high maximum junction temperature. These diodes are offered in a compact PSMC (TO-277A) package, and the STTH1002CSFY variant is AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
