T810T-8G 8A Logic Level (Sensitive) Triac

STMicroelectronics T810T-8G 8A Logic Level (Sensitive) Triac can be used for the on/off or phase angle control function in general-purpose AC switching with high commutation capability. This device can be used without a snubber RC circuit when the limits defined are respected. The STMicroelectronics T810T-8G comes in a D²PAK package that is UL 94-V0 flammability resin-compliant. This package is environmentally friendly ECOPACK2 graded (RoHS-compliant and Halogen-free).
