DEV-15164 Qwiic OpenLog

SparkFun DEV-15164 Qwiic OpenLog can daisy chain multiple I²C devices and log them all without occupying the serial port. SparkFun Qwiic OpenLog logs large amounts of serial data and stores all that the project generates for scientific or debugging purposes. No soldering is required to connect the DEV-15164 Qwiic OpenLog, but it includes broken-out 0.1"-spaced pins for a breadboard.
