Texas Instruments CD405xB/CD405xB-Q1 Analog Multiplexers/Demultiplexers are digitally controlled analog switches with low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. These multiplexer circuits dissipate extremely low quiescent power over the full V_DD to V_SS and V_DD to V_EE supply-voltage ranges, independent of the logic state of the control signals. The Texas Instruments CD405xB-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
