ESD601/ESD601-Q1 ESD Protection Diodes

Texas Instruments ESD601/ESD601-Q1 Bidirectional ESD Protection Diodes are offered in the industry-standard 0402 (DPY) package and provide an IEC 61000-4-2 protection level of 15kV. The Texas Instruments ESD601/ESD601-Q1 series can clamp 8/20µs surges with peak pulse currents up to 2.7A by the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. The low capacitance and low leakage current help to ensure protection against transient events in various systems and applications. This protection is critical for many applications, such as smaller form factors and faster data speeds, which are becoming more popular over time. The ESD601-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
