SN65HVS880 Digital-Input Serializer

Texas Instruments SN65HVS880 Digital-Input Serializer offers eight digital inputs into an SPI interface. The highly economical device features an integrated system with a built-in regulator that provides an output voltage of 5V from a supply voltage of 18-30V. A built-in adjustable current regulator makes current into the input pins constant over the full voltage range. The device features an integrated programmable de-bounce that eliminates the need for external hardware or software to de-bounce noisy switch inputs.
