SN74AHCT367 Hex Buffer & Line Driver

Texas Instruments SN74AHCT367 Hex Buffer and Line Driver are designed to improve the density and performance of clock drivers, 3-state memory address drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The inputs are TTL-voltage compatible and offer true outputs. This device is a dual 4-line and 2-line buffer/driver with active-low output-enable inputs. Texas Instruments SN74AHCT367 has a latch-up performance that exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class II.
