TCAN114x-Q1 High-Speed CAN FD Transceivers

Texas Instruments TCAN114x-Q1 High-Speed CAN FD Transceivers support data rates up to 5 Mbps. The devices are configured using a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for access to full functionality. The TCAN114x-Q1 supports nominal processor IO voltages from 1.8V to 5V by applying the appropriate voltage to the VIO pin, allowing lower power processors to be used.
