Surface Mount Rectifiers

onsemi Surface Mount Rectifiers are a family of General-Purpose Rectifiers and Superfast Rectifiers that are industrial devices qualified per AEC-Q101 standards. Surface Mount General Purpose Rectifiers feature an ultra-thin profile with a maximum height of 1.08mm. Surface Mount Superfast Rectifiers feature a fast switching speed with a maximum T_rr of 35ns and an ultra-thin profile with a maximum height of 1.08mm.
