PLAD10J & PLAD10JH Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PLAD10J and PLAD10JH Rectifiers are 10A, 600V standard rectifiers with low power loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers feature 95pF junction capacitance and operate at -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. The PLAD10J and PLAD10JH standard rectifiers are ideal for automated placement, and the PLAD10JH rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and come in a ThinDPAK package. The PLAD10J and PLAD10JH rectifiers are used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), general-purpose, onboard charger, and Totem-pole PFC applications.
