AP228x Load Switches

Diodes Inc. AP228x Load Switches are P- and N-channel load switches designed for a variety of applications. The AP22800 integrates an N-channel load switch that features an adjustable ramp-up and discharge rate that are settable via an external capacitor and a resistor. The AP22802 is a single channel current-limited integrated high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. The AP2281 slew rate controlled load switch is a single P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching applications. The AP22850 is an integrated P-Channel load switch that features an adjustable ramp-up and discharge rate that can be set via an external capacitor and a resistor.
