These bipolar transistors feature reduced parasitic inductance and capacitance with an improved, low thermal resistance, enabling higher reliability. The BJT components are ideal for applications where space is at a premium. Applications include mobile devices, wearables, automotive sensors, and camera modules.

BC5xPAS NPN Medium Power Transistors

Nexperia BC5xPAS NPN medium power transistors are available in 45V, 60V, or 80V versions all with a 1A collector current rating. The smaller DFN2020D-3 package of the BC5xPAS transistors is ideal for smaller PCBs. They are designed for a wide variety of projects, including linear voltage regulators, battery-driven devices, low-side switches, power management, and amplifiers.
