BPC-10x Phototransistor Couplers

American Bright LED BPC-10x Phototransistor Couplers feature 5000V_RMS high input-output isolation voltage, 2.54mm lead pitch, and >8mm creepage distance. The current transfer ratio of these phototransistor couplers is specified to be in the range of 50% to 600% at I_F=5mA and V_CE=5V. The BPC-10x phototransistor couplers feature 60mA forward current, 6V reverse voltage, and 100mW power dissipation. These phototransistor couplers come in a 2.3mm profile long mini-flat package and comply with RoHS standards. The BPC-10x phototransistor couplers operate within the -30°C to 110°C temperature range and are UL/cUL, VDE, and CQC approved. Typical applications include programmable controllers, fast chargers, electric home appliances, telecommunication equipment, system appliances, and measuring instruments.
