Bourns SMPS CD-DF Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer exceptional high forward current and a low forward voltage making them optimum solutions for converting Alternating Current (AC) to Direct Current (DC) in power applications. These features allow designers to meet compact, high-efficiency design requirements avoiding the need to specify larger diodes for higher current applications. The Bourns CD-DF Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 4A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 600V and 1000V.
