IN-C39xTO 3939 UV LEDs

Inolux IN-C39xTO 3939 UV LEDs are surface-mount high-power UV LEDs with good thermal dissipation and high efficiency. These UV LEDs feature 8kV electrostatic discharge (ESD), an optional optical quartz lens, a moisture sensitivity level of 4 (MSL 4), and power dissipation of 6.6W. The IN-C39xTO UV LEDs come in an SMD package size of 3939 with three different lens option offering three different viewing angles. These UV LEDs operate at 3V to 4.4V forward voltage and at a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The IN-C39xTO UV LEDs are RoHS and REACH-compliant. These UV LEDs are ideal for UV curing, counterfeit detection, purification, and medical applications.
