NEX10000AUB/UB/1UB Power Supply ICs

Nexperia NEX10000AUB/UB/1UB Power Supply ICs provide programmable positive and negative output voltages for TFT-LCD panels. These ICs include an LDO regulator, an integrated boost converter, and a negative charge pump. The NEX10000UB/1UB ICs offer an integrated active output discharge function and excellent transient response. These power supply ICs function within the 2.7V to 5V input voltage range and can operate from single-cell Li-ion, Ni-Li, or Li-Polymer batteries. The NEX10000UB/1UB ICs feature ESD, UVLO, and OTSD protection. These power supply ICs come in a wafer-level chip-scale package that measures 1.16mm x 1.96mm x 0.62mm body (0.4mm pitch). Typical applications include smartphone TFT-LCDs and tablet TFT-LCDs.
