Nexperia PMEG060Vx/PMEG060Vx-Q Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer a very low forward voltage and high power capability based on clip-bond technology. The PMEG060Vx-Q is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and intended for use in automotive applications. The Nexperia PMEG060Vx/PMEG060Vx-Q Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are housed in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.
