Automotive Power Schottky Diodes

STMicroelectronics Automotive Power Schottky Diodes combine low voltage-drop characteristics with negligible or zero recovery. They range from 30 to 170V and from 1 to 80A, so covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters, to battery chargers and welding equipment. These devices feature a broad package offering, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines, as well as the PowerFLAT™ package. This selection of power Schottky diodes are designed to meet the strict requirements of the automotive industry and are AEC-Q101 qualified.

STPS1045SF & STPS1045SFY 45V Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS1045SF and STPS1045SFY 45V Schottky Rectifiers are designed for use in applications such as high frequency miniature DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, battery chargers, and power adapters. Packaged in a low-profile PSMC (TO-277A), the STMicroelectronics STPS1045SF and STPS1045SFY 45V Schottky Rectifiers provide a very low VF in a compact package and can withstand very high operating junction temperature. Both devices feature wettable flanks, ensuring high-quality connections and allowing visual solder inspection. The  STPS1045SFY 45V Power Schottky Rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
