Kingbright 3mm and 5mm Through-hole LEDs with a built-in 5V resistor are reliable, rugged, and offer long lifetimes with solid state reliability. They each feature low power consumption and a 5V internal resistor. These through-hole LEDs are available in the standard T-1 (3mm) and T-1 3/4 (5mm) size LED packages. They come in bright green, yellow, and high-efficiency red, with dominant wavelengths of 565nm, 590nm, and 627nm.
