Analog Integrated Point of Load (IPOL) Converters

Infineon Technologies Analog Integrated Point of Load (IPOL) Converters offer the flexibility to tune performance. These devices combine a PWM controller, driver, and MOSFETs into a small PQFN package for ease of use. The patented PWM modulation scheme allows greater than 1MHz switching frequencies to deliver ultra compact layouts and economical bill-of-materials.
