MGJ6 6W Isolated DC/DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions MGJ6 6W Isolated DC/DC Converters offer configurable triple output voltages of +15V/-5V, +15V/-10V, and +20V/-5V. The series is ideal for powering high side and low side gate drive circuits for IGBTs, Silicon Carbide, and MOSFETs in bridge circuits. MGJ6 includes new thru-hole SIP (SC suffix), DIP (DC suffix), and WLP parts as well as a surface mount option (MC suffix). MGJ6 DC/DC Converters offer a choice of asymmetric output voltages, providing optimum drive levels for best system efficiency and EMI. Murata Power Solutions MGJ6 Series meets the high isolation and dv/dt requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The series features a disable/frequency synchronization pin that simplifies EMC filter design. MGJ6 protection features include short circuit protection and overload protection.

Murata Power Solutions MGJ DC/DC Converters are ideal for powering high-side and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBTs, silicon carbide, and MOSFETs in bridge circuits. A choice of asymmetric output voltages allows optimum drive levels for ideal system efficiency and EMI. Murata Power Solutions MGJ DC-DC Converters are available in 1W, 2W, 3W, and 6W.
