PJ20030 LDO Voltage Regulator

PANJIT PJ20030 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator is a high-accuracy, low-noise, high-speed, high-PSRR, and low-dropout CMOS linear regulator with high ripple rejection. This regulator consists of a fold-back maximum output current that depends on the output voltage. The PJ20030 LDO voltage regulator features a 1.6V to 5.5V operating input voltage range, 0.8V to 3.3V output voltage range, and 300mA output current. This regulator offers 25µA ultra-low quiescent current and 170mV (I_OUT=300mA) dropout voltage.
