These ROHM converter ICs are available in the more commonly used SOP8 SMD package. Typical applications include AC adapters, industrial equipment, and household appliances.

BM2P PWM DC-DC Converters

ROHM Semiconductor BM2P PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) DC-DC Converters are optimized for use in AC-DC devices that include an electrical outlet. The BM2P DC-DC Converters support both isolated and non-isolated devices, enabling simpler designs of various types of low-power electrical converters. These ICs from ROHM Semiconductor feature a built-in starter circuit that tolerates up to 730V, contributing to low power consumption.
