ams OSRAM OSLON® Signal High Power Signaling LEDs offer a broad color portfolio in a robust and reliable compact package of 3mm x 3mm². The OSLON Gen 2 Signaling LEDs feature ThinFilm and UX:3 chip technology allowing high efficiency and high flux output with brightness increased up to 46% compared to the first generation.
The ams OSRAM OSLON Signal High Power Signaling LEDs have an electrically insulated thermal pad with easy thermal management for stable performance at high power levels. The broad color portfolio includes red, super red, verde, true green, yellow, blue, deep blue, and white that meets industry color standards.
