Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers combine low voltage-drop characteristics with negligible or zero recovery. The STMicroelectronics rectifiers range from 15V to 200V and from 1A to 240A, covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. These STMicroelectronics devices are avalanche-specified for improved ruggedness. The devices feature a broad range of package offerings, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines and the PowerFLAT™ package. PowerFLAT is a step further in power density for 30V and 45V bypass diodes designed for solar panel junction boxes.  

STPS1170 170V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS1170 170V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers are designed for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency DC to DC converters. The STPS1170 is ideal for use in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection. The devices are also suited for all LED lighting applications where efficiency and space constraints are required.  

STPS1150 150V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS1150 150V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers are designed for switch-mode power supplies on up to 24V rails and high-frequency converters. The STPS1150 is optimized for consumer and computer applications where low drop forward voltage is required to reduce power dissipation.
